Refund policy

Our 'phone number is 020 7424 5750 and our email address is info@paulayoung.co.uk. We pick up the 'phone whenever we're available but we read, and often reply to, emails 24x7.

If there's something we need to fix, if you're unhappy for any reason, or if there's anything you think we could do better, we'd really like to hear from you.

Should your products arrive in anything less than perfect condition please email us a photo. If you can't do that please call or email us describing the issue so that we can fix it for you.

Before your order is despatched you can cancel it for any reason and receive a full refund. If you need to do this please call us on 020 7424 5750 and email us at info@paulayoung.co.uk as quickly as you can.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (!) you can cancel and return any unopened non-perishable items in your order for any reason within 7 working days of delivery and we'll refund the cost of those items and any proportion of the shipping costs you paid that were attributable to them. If you'd like to do this we need you to confirm your wishes in writing, please email us at info@paulayoung.co.uk so that we can make the necessary arrangements. If there's nothing wrong with the products you'd need to pay the return postage. Please pack the products you're returning carefully, get proof of posting, and consider using an insured postal service as we're not able to issue any refunds if we don't receive the returned products.

None of this affects your statutory rights. We love the law.
