Our selection changes frequently with the seasons and in-line with the availability of fresh ingredients.
Please let us know at time of ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances and we will process any changes of product where possible.
The shelf life of your mixed box is two weeks from packing so you must eat your chocolates within two weeks of purchase. There will be a date on the back of your truffle box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly.
Storage. -Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge. Allow them to come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.
Tea and Malted Milk Biscuit - Inspired by Brief Encounter. Breakfast and Assam tea ganache made with 38% soleil d'or, rolled in 38% with Malted Milk biscuit crumb. Wrapped in a dark green foil. Contains milk, soya, gluten and egg. Not suitable for vegans.
Lemon Tart - Tangy lemon and white chocolate ganache, rolled in Guittard 35% Soie Blanche and finished with Shortbread crumb. Contains milk, soya and gluten.
Pineapple upside-down cake - A pineapple caramel sits atop a sponge cake ganache made with a blend of Guittard 35% Soie Blanche white chocolate and Valrhona 36% caramelised milk chocolate in a white chocolate sphere. This is hand-rolled in the same blend of white and caramelised milk chocolates and decorated with bronze shimmer. Contains milk, soya, gluten and egg
72% Solomon Islands dark caramel - Single origin dark chocolate from UK producer FireTree blended into smooth caramel delivering a gorgeous indulgent caramel with aftertastes of rich dark chocolate. Slightly earthy finish.
Bakewell Tart Truffle - A British classic tart now as a truffle with a fruity layer of homemade raspberry jam, milk chocolate almond ganache with amaretto liqueur and rolled in milk chocolate and toasted almonds.
Beer and Crisp Truffle - Kings Club English Ale, Valrhona Dulce Blond chocolate and Valrhona 46% Dominican Republic milk chocolate, crunchy salty crisps in coating. COntains Milk, Soya, Gluten.
Chinese Five Spice and Plum - Caramel ganache with chinese five spice and Valrhona 64% Madagascan dark chocolate, with dried plum puree. Contains Milk, Soya
Classic Negroni -The classic Negroni combination of bitter aperitif, vermouth and gin, blended with Valrhona 72% Venezuelan chocolate and shelled in 72% Venezuelan blended with Guittard 100% Minuit dark chocolate. Contains Soya
Korma and Poppadom - Spiced coconut and almond white chocolate cream ganache, rolled in Guittard 38% Soleil D'Or milk chocolate with crushed poppadoms. Contains milk, nuts, soya
Vegan Friendly New York Deli Sandwich - Valrhona 66% dark chocolate ganache with smoky and tangy flavours of a deli sandwich with sweet pickles, ketchup and mustard. Decorated with sesame seeds. Contains Soya, sesame, mustard and celery.
Blood and Sand Cocktail - Guittard 35% Soie Blanche white chocolate ganache with Whiskey and delicate orange layered with red wine and cherry ganache, rolled in Valrhona 62% Brazilian dark chocolate. Contains soya, milk, sulphites.
Buttered Pecan - Rich brown butter caramel with a piece of roasted pecan nut. Contains Milk, nuts, Soya

Banoffee Pie - a double-layer filling with fresh banana caramel, white chocolate cream layer in a dark chocolate sphere hand-rolled in Guittard 65% Ecuador single-origin dark chocolate with crunchy wafer flakes for texture. Marmite Truffle - a water ganache of Valrhona 64% Madagascar dark chocolate and Marmite (yeast extract) in a dark sphere hand-rolled in the same 64% dark chocolate and dusted in edible bronze pigment powder. Contains soya, gluten, celery. Vegan-friendly.
76% Vanuatu Dark Chocolate Water Ganache Truffle - a water ganache (dairy-free) using FireTree 76% Vanuatu dark chocolate in a dark shell hand-rolled in the same single-origin chocolate then rolled in single-origin red cocoa powder from Cameroon. A rich dark chocolate with a long finish, delicate earthy and woody notes. Contains soya. Vegan-friendly.
Kalamansi Truffle - made with single-origin Vietnamese kalamansi (a citrus fruit with a sour, tangy, fragrant and mouth-watering taste). Guittard 35% Soie Blanche white chocolate blended with kalamansi purée in a dark chocolate sphere hand-rolled in Guittard 65% single-origin Ecuador dark chocolate. Gold cocoa butter splatter decoration. Contains milk, soya.
Caramel Crunch - Valrhona 36% caramelized milk chocolate, crunchy wafer flakes and Cornish sea salt in a diamond mould with gold sparkle decoration. Contains milk, gluten, soya.
Real Champagne Truffle - a stunning, simple truffle made that it is made with just two ingredients - Guittard 38% Soleil d'Or milk chocolate and Champagne poured directly from the bottle. Has a shimmering champagne-coloured exterior. Contains milk, soya, sulphites. Contains alcohol.
Hazelnut Praline - hazelnut praline blended with Guittard 65% Colombian single-origin dark chocolate and a sprinkling of Cornish sea salt. Hand-rolled in house-blended 48.6% milk chocolate with crunchy wafer flakes for texture. Wrapped in a bronze foil. Contains milk, soya, nuts, gluten.
Hazelnut Gianduja And Almond Rocher - dark chocolate gianduja made from Valrhona hazelnut gianduja, Guittard 91% Nocturne dark chocolate, Firetree 69% Solomon Islands single-origin dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, flaked almonds, Cornish sea salt, feuilletine flakes, Coated in Guittard 69% Eureka Works dark chocolate and decorated with bronze powder.
