A fixed selection of Paul's award-winning fresh handmade truffles.

Our selection changes frequently with the seasons and in-line with the availability of fresh ingredients. 

Please let us know at time of ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances and we will process any changes of product where possible.

The shelf life of your mixed box is two weeks from packing which will occur shortly after your purchase unless you have requested a delayed delivery. There will be a date on the back of your truffle box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly. 

Storage. Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.

When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge. Allow them to come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.

Marmite Truffle - NEW RECIPE - a hit of pure Marmite is piped into the shell, then filled with a smooth and rich dairy free ganache of Firetree 75% Makira dark chocolate and Marmite (yeast extract) in a dark sphere hand-rolled in the same 75% dark chocolate and decorated in edible bronze pigment. Contains soya, gluten and celery. Vegan friendly.

75% Makira Dark Chocolate Water Ganache Truffle - a water ganache (dairy-free) using Firetree 75% Makira dark chocolate in a dark shell hand-rolled in the same single-origin chocolate then rolled in single-origin red cocoa powder from Cameroon. A rich dark chocolate with a long finish, very chocolatey flavours, smooth and very silky, delicate mineral flavours and gentle creamy notes. Slight bittersweet aftertaste. Contains soya. Vegan friendly.

Kalamansi Truffle - made with single-origin Vietnamese kalamansi (a citrus fruit with a sour, tangy, fragrant and mouth-watering taste). 30% white chocolate blended with kalamansi purée in a dark chocolate sphere hand-rolled in Valrhona 65% Grenada dark chocolate. Gold cocoa butter splatter decoration. Contains milk and soya.

Real Champagne Truffle - a stunning, simple truffle made that it is made with just two ingredients - 40% Ghana milk chocolate and Champagne poured directly from the bottle. Has a shimmering champagne-coloured exterior. Contains milk, sulphites, Soya Contains alcohol.

Hazelnut Praline - hazelnut praline blended with 40% single origin Colombian milk chocolate and Guittard 91% dark chocolate and a sprinkling of Cornish sea salt. Hand-rolled in house-blended 48.5% milk chocolate with crunchy wafer flakes for texture. Wrapped in a bronze foil. Contains milk, soya, nuts and gluten.

New - Brown sugar shortbread crunch - Single Origin Colombian 40% Milk chocolate with brown sugar shortbread crumble and gold decoration. Like a chocolate shortbread biscuit but better. Contains gluten, milk, soya. 


Hazelnut Gianduja And Almond Rocher - Dark chocolate gianduja made from Valrhona hazelnut gianduja, Guittard 91% Nocturne dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, flaked almonds, Cornish sea salt, feuilletine wafer flakes, Coated in a 72% Colombian dark chocolate and decorated with bronze powder.
