Please let us know at time of ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances so that we can adjust your selection appropriately.
The shelf life of your mixed box is two weeks from packing which will occur shortly after your purchase unless you have requested a delayed delivery. There will be a date on the back of your truffle box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly.
Storage. Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge. Allow them to come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.

Scone, Jam & Clotted Cream - An afternoon tea classic made into a delicious truffle. A strawberry and raspberry jam, layered with a white chocolate and clotted cream ganache, rolled in a 40% milk chocolate and coated with home made scone crumb. Contains: milk, gluten, soya.
Alphonso Mango & Coconut Caramel - A fresh and vibrant mango ganache with a rich coconut caramel layer, and a shell of 66% dark chocolate. Contains: milk, soya.
Honey Caramel & Toasted Pine Nut - A floral honey caramel made with Billington's dark honey, 40% milk chocolate, toasted pine nut and decorated with honeycomb cocoa butter decoration. Contains: milk, gluten, soya.
Elderflower Gin - A delicate flavour of gin and elderflower while balanced with 65% Grenada and 73% Philippines dark chocolate Contains: alcohol. Vegan friendly
Amaretto & Almond Truffle - A classic combination of Amaretto and almond in a silky smooth truffle ganache rolled in 40% milk chocolate and toasted almonds. Contains: nuts, milk, soya, alcohol
Rare J & B Whisky, Cream and Dark Chocolate Caramel - Rich cream caramel laced with Rare J&B Whisky, 70% Single origin Colombian dark chocolate and vibrant decoration to the top and bottom of the chocolate. Contains: soya, milk, alcohol

Marmite Truffle - a hit of pure Marmite is piped into the shell, then filled with a smooth and rich dairy free ganache of Firetree 75% Makira dark chocolate and Marmite (yeast extract) in a dark sphere hand-rolled in the same 75% dark chocolate and decorated in edible bronze pigment. 80% Colombian Single Origin Water Ganache - A mellow 80% dark chocolate truffle, with the unique character of the Colombian origin and a lighter coloured Colombian cocoa powder still with a robust and well-rounded finish. Contains: soya. Vegan friendly
Kalamansi Truffle - made with single-origin Vietnamese kalamansi (a citrus fruit with a sour, tangy, fragrant and mouth-watering taste). 30% white chocolate blended with kalamansi purée in a dark chocolate sphere hand-rolled in Valrhona 65% Grenada dark chocolate.
