Please let us know at time of ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances so that we can adjust your selection appropriately.
The shelf life of your mixed box is two weeks from packing which will occur shortly after your purchase unless you have requested a delayed delivery. There will be a date on the back of your truffle box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly.
Storage. Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge. Allow them to come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.

NEW - Bonfire Beer Truffle - Dark London porter beer blended with smokey 72% Papua New Guinea, warming ginger, chipotle and cardamom. Contains - soya, gluten, alcohol.
NEW - Maple and Pecan Crunch - 35% cocoa solids blond chocolate, homemade crunchy maple candy pieces, toasted pecans and cinnamon leaf. A comforting and indulgent chocolate with lots of texture. Contains - Milk, nuts.
NEW - Peanut Gianduja and Banana caramel - 46% Dominican Republic milk chocolate, toasted peanut gianduja with Cornish sea salt, a layer of banana caramel. Nutty and sweet with a creamy chocolate finish. Contains - milk, nuts (peanuts), soya.
Caribbean Dark 'n' Stormy - 72% single origin Colombian dark chocolate, creamy coconut caramel with ginger, lime and Caribbean dark rum. Intense dark chocolate with a warm boozy flavour, and a vibrant lime finish. Contains: milk, soya, alcohol.
Goat's Cheese & Caramelised Red Onion Tart - 40% milk chocolate, caramelized red onions, goats cheese caramel, with essential oil of rosemary and a coating of savoury pastry crumb. The perfect balance of sweet and salty, with the savoury crunch of short crust pastry. Contains: wheat, gluten, milk, soya.
Brown Rice Miso & Honey Caramel - 73% single origin Philippines dark chocolate, dark brown rice miso and Billington's Dark Honey caramel. Well balanced umami flavours balanced with fragrant honey. Contains: milk, gluten, soya.
24 Carrot Caramel - A house blend 60% dark milk chocolate (75% Solomon Islands dark chocolate, 46% Dominican Republic milk chocolate), confit of carrots, Billington's honey, essential oil of rosemary blended with sea salted caramel. Sweet fudgy carrots with a hint of Cornish sea salt, rosemary and fragrant honey. Contains: milk, soya.
Spiced Crème Brulee - 36% caramelized milk chocolate, Madagascan bourbon vanilla ganache, cinnamon, nutmeg and Billington's unrefined demerara sugar crust. A sweet white chocolate truffle with fragrant spices and an iconic sugary crunch. Contains: milk, soya.
Blackberry Ripple - 64% single origin Madagascan chocolate rippled with autumnal blackberry reduction. A vibrantly fruity dark chocolate with a soft juicy blackberry finish. Contains: soya. Vegan friendly
Coffee & Amaretto - 40% milk chocolate, kiss the hippo coffee, amaretto and double cream rolled in amaretti biscuits. Inspired by Italian flavours of espresso, amaretti biscuits and amaretto. Contains: milk, gluten, eggs, soya, alcohol.

Banoffee Pie - a double-layer filling with banana caramel, 35% white chocolate cream layer in a dark chocolate sphere hand-rolled in 70% Colombian dark chocolate with crunchy wafer flakes for texture. Academy Of Chocolate Awards Bronze Winner. Contains: milk, soya, gluten
Marmite Truffle - a hit of pure Marmite is piped into the shell, then filled with a smooth and rich dairy free ganache of Firetree 75% Makira dark chocolate and Marmite (yeast extract) in a dark sphere hand-rolled in the same 75% dark chocolate and decorated in edible bronze pigment. 80% Colombian Single Origin Water Ganache - A well balanced 80% dark chocolate truffle created without dairy, it has the unique character of the Colombian origin and a lighter coloured Colombian cocoa powder but still with a robust and well-rounded finish. Contains: soya. Vegan friendly
