Chocolate coated stem ginger
Vibrant crystallized stem ginger with a fiery warmth is hand coated in two layers of your choice of 70% dark chocolate for a full flavoured and long aftertaste, or sweet and creamy 38% creamy milk chocolate.
Please note our ginger is not made by machines and is not glazed as so many other producers are. It has a hand made tumbled and rougher finish on the surface which does not detract from the taste or texture of the product.

Dark chocolate:
Ingredients - 70% Colombian Dark Chocolate min cocoa solids 70% (Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter,soya lecithin, vanilla extract ) Stem ginger, cane sugar.
Allergens - Soya.
Milk chocolate:
Ingredients - 35% Papua New Guinea Milk chocolate min cocoa solids 35%, Min milk solids 23.5% (Cane sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cacao beans, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

How to use - Eat at room temperature.
How to store - In a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
