Our range changes frequently with the seasons and in-line with the availability of fresh ingredients.
Please let us know at time of ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances so that we can adjust your selection appropriately.
The shelf life of your mixed box is two weeks from packing which will occur shortly after your purchase unless you have requested a delayed delivery. There will be a date on the back of your truffle box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly.
Storage. Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge. Allow them to come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.
Please note that the packaging of our handmade chocolates may vary from the photographs shown. Our packaging is recyclable.

USA - Buttermilk pancake, Maple and bacon truffle -The classic American flavours of pancakes, syrup and bacon of the perfect brunch in one truffle. Its sweet and salty with a caramel finish. Contains - milk, gluten, soya. (This truffle contains meat from Pork, if you would not like us to include this chocolate in your selection please let us know.)
Great Britain - Berries & Cream - Strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant in an explosion of Summer flavours with vanilla cream ganache, white chocolate and strawberry chocolate coating. Contains Milk.
Morocco - Harissa Caramel - An authentic homemade harissa spice paste blended into soft caramel with 72% Single origin Venezuelan dark chocolate. Vibrant and spicy. Contains Milk.
South Africa - Coffee & Pecan Praline - An intensely nutty truffle with notes of earthy coffee and toastiness. Pecan praline is blended with Luker Cacao's oat milk chocolate, pieces of toasted pecans and ground coffee, then whipped and filled into a shell, made from a blend of Luker Cacao's oat milk chocolate, 60% Colombian dark chocolate and more toasted pecan nuts. France - Tart au Citron Vert - Vibrant and zesty lime ganache filling, mouthwatering and acidic with a creamy finish, coated in shortbread crumb for a buttery aftertaste. Contains Milk, Gluten
Thailand - Mango, Coriander, chilli, coconut and lime - An aromatic and vibrant truffle of mango, chilli, coriander lime and coconut. Fruity, chilli warmth and mouthwatering truffle rolled in FireTree single origin Philippines 73% dark chocolate with vibrant colourful decoration. Contains Milk.
Australia - Fairy Bread - Valrhona Blonde chocolate mixed with dehydrated bread crumbs, layered with Valrhona 35% white chocolate, topped with naturally coloured sprinkles, reminiscent of the Australian sweet treat. Contains - Milk, Gluten.
Greece - Greek Yoghurt, Honey and Oregano - 66% Single Origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate shell with vibrant blue, pint and white decoration. Greek yoghurt and honey ganache is light and melts easily with the delicate aftertaste or oregano. Contains - Milk.
Italy - Bergamot Bellini - Our famous real champagne ganache layered with vibrant and fragrant bergamot ganache hand rolled in zingy bergamot infused white chocolate with green yellow and orange decoration with a touch of sparkle. Contains - milk, soya, sulphites. (alcohol)
The Netherlands - Stroopwafel - A soft and melting cinnamon and vanilla bean caramel, with crunchy wafer in blonde chocolate coating to replicate the iconic Dutch bakery treat. Contains - Milk, Gluten.

Marmite Truffle - a layer of pure Marmite is piped into a dark sphere followed by a smooth and rich dairy free ganache of 64% Madagascan dark chocolate and Marmite (yeast extract). The filled sphere is then hand-rolled in the same 64% Madagascan dark chocolate and decorated with copper coloured splats. Its sweet and savoury, tangy and mouthwatering. Contains: gluten, celery.
