Our selection changes frequently with the seasons and in-line with the availability of fresh ingredients.
Please let us know at time of ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances and we will process any changes of product where possible.
The shelf life of your mixed box is two weeks from packing so you must eat your chocolates within two weeks of purchase. There will be a date on the back of your truffle box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly.
Storage. -Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge. Allow them to come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.
Pineapple and Ginger- Valrhona 66% dark chocolate shell, with layers of tangy pineapple reduction and warming ginger ganache. Contains Soya. Vegan-friendly.
Maple and Chipotle Caramel- A rich and warming caramel made with chipotle chilli and Billingtons Very Dark Maple syrup, in a shell of Valrhona 72% Venezuelan dark chocolate. Contains Milk and Soya.
Victorian Gin- Valrhona 62% dark chocolate shell and ganache, with Bombay Sapphire gin and infused with botanicals and spices used in traditional Gin distillery. Contains Soya. Vegan-friendly.
Hazelnut in Toasted Caramel- A darker, toasted style of our signature Sea Salted Caramel with a whole roasted hazelnut in a Valrhona 46% Dominican Republic milk chocolate shell. Contains Milk, Soya and Nuts
Persian Spiced Solid- Guittard 65% Peruvian dark chocolate infused with rose and fragrant Persian inspired spice blend. Contains no common allergens. Vegan-friendly.
Peach and Apricot Tart - Super fruity and juicy chocolate. Layer of peach and apricot reduction with a white chocolate custard ganache. Rolled in Valrhona 40% milk chocolate with wafer flakes. Gluten, Wheat, Milk, Soya.
Pumpkin Spice Latte - Rich milky coffee ganache with Nutmeg, cinnamon leaf oil rolled in 46% Dominican Republic milk chocolate. Contains Soya, Milk
Baileys Truffle - Guittard 38% Milk chocolate with classic Baileys cream liqueur rolled in Valrhona Dulcey blonde chocolate for a very creamy sweet finish. Contains Milk, Soya (Contains Alcohol)
Single Malt Whisky, Orange and Honey - Billington’s dark honey, orange and single malt whisky. Guittard 38% and FireTree Papua New Guinea blend. Contains Gluten, Soya, Milk
Treacle Tart Truffle - Caramelized milk chocolate, cake crumbs and golden syrup blended with a touch of lemon zest for a truly indulgent and nostalgic take on the classic tart. Contains Soya, Wheat, Gluten, Egg, Milk
Sea Salted Caramel - the first sea salted caramel in the UK to win multiple Gold Awards. The recipe has not changed since its conception in 2004. Valrhona 64% Madagascar single-origin dark chocolate, butter and Billington’s unrefined sugar caramel with double cream, Cornish Sea Salt and Valrhona 40% milk chocolate. Peanut Butter and Raspberry Jelly - two layers of filling: raspberry reduction and a peanut butter milk chocolate ganache. Banoffee Pie - a double-layer filling with fresh banana caramel, white chocolate cream layer in a dark chocolate sphere hand-rolled in Guittard 65% Ecuador single-origin dark chocolate with crunchy wafer flakes for texture. Marmite Truffle - NEW RECIPE - A hit of pure Marmite is piped into the shell, then filled with a smooth and rich dairy free ganache of FireTree 75% Makira dark chocolate and Marmite (yeast extract) in a dark sphere hand-rolled in the same 75% dark chocolate and decorated in edible bronze pigment. Contains soya, gluten, celery. Vegan-friendly.
76% Vanuatu Dark Chocolate Water Ganache Truffle - a water ganache (dairy-free) using FireTree 76% Vanuatu dark chocolate in a dark shell hand-rolled in the same single-origin chocolate then rolled in single-origin red cocoa powder from Cameroon. A rich dark chocolate with a long finish, delicate earthy and woody notes. Contains soya. Vegan-friendly.
Kalamansi Truffle - made with single-origin Vietnamese kalamansi (a citrus fruit with a sour, tangy, fragrant and mouth-watering taste). Guittard 35% Soie Blanche white chocolate blended with kalamansi purée in a dark chocolate sphere hand-rolled in Guittard 65% single-origin Ecuador dark chocolate. Gold cocoa butter splatter decoration. Contains milk, soya.
Caramel Crunch - Valrhona 36% caramelized milk chocolate, crunchy wafer flakes and Cornish sea salt in a diamond mould with gold sparkle decoration. Contains milk, gluten, soya.
Real Champagne Truffle - a stunning, simple truffle made that it is made with just two ingredients - Valrhona 40% milk chocolate and Champagne poured directly from the bottle. Has a shimmering champagne-coloured exterior. Contains milk, soya, sulphites, gluten. Contains alcohol.
Hazelnut Praline - hazelnut praline blended with Valrhona 40% Jivara milk chocolate and Guittard 91% dark chocolate and a sprinkling of Cornish sea salt. Hand-rolled in house-blended 48.6% milk chocolate with crunchy wafer flakes for texture. Wrapped in a bronze foil. Contains milk, soya, nuts, gluten.
Hazelnut Gianduja And Almond Rocher - Dark chocolate gianduja made from Valrhona hazelnut gianduja, Guittard 91% Nocturne dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, flaked almonds, Cornish sea salt, feuilletine flakes, Coated in a blend of 62% Brazilian and 72% dark chocolate and decorated with bronze powder.
