The fudgiest dark chocolate brownies made with 72% Dark chocolate with added Cornish sea salt topped with pecans, caramelized milk chocolate. A rich chocolate flavour, not too sweet and never dry and crumbly.

Ingredients - 72% Guittard dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, sunflower lecithin, vanilla,) unrefined golden caster sugar, free range eggs, golden syrup, plain flour, butter, Cornish sea salt, 36% Valrhona caramelised milk (milk solids 12.8%, Sugar, cocoa butter, caramel (skimmed milk, whey (milk), sugar, butter (milk), flavouring), whole milk powder, cocoa beans, soya lecithin), pecans.
Allergens - soya, egg, milk, gluten, nuts.
How to use - Eat at room temperature for the perfect fudgy texture. Warm for a few minutes and serve with ice cream and sea salted caramel sauce for a very indulgent dessert.
How to store - Refrigerate for up to two weeks, store out of the fridge for seven days and they can be frozen for up to three months.
